INSURANCES

• We currently accept VSP (Vision Service Plan) and Costco vision insurance only. We also accept HSA (Health Spending Accounts) and FSA (Flex Spending Accounts). We currently do not accept medical insurance.
• All other insurances are considered out of network. If we do not take your insurance, we will give you an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
• Costco optical can bill most vision insurance plans for glasses and contact lens purchases.
